CRYSTAL B. SCHWEIGER
Sensory Specialist / Purchasing
Crystal graduated
from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1974 with a B.S. degree
in Home Economics and Journalism. She is an experienced journalist
who has worked for The Nebraska Thoroughbred Review, The Grand
Island Daily Independent, as a free-lance reporter in Europe,
and as Executive Director of The Grand Island United Way.
Since moving to Idaho
in 1980, she has received continuing education in sensory science
and is currently a member of the Institute of Food Technologists,
Sensory Evaluation Division.
Crystal joined Miles
Willard Technologies in 1981, and is responsible for all sensory
testing and ingredient procurement.
She is a co-inventor
of the following US Design Patent:

food product
Aside from food,
Crystal also enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, playing
with her grandchildren, and singing with her church's worship
team.
