LARUE BUNKER
Project Leader
LaRue graduated with
a B.S. in Microbiology from Idaho State University in 1980.
She worked several years at Idaho Pacific Corporation and Ferguson
Laboratories, a Division of Diet Center.
She is the Chair
of the Institute of Food Technologists (Intermountain Section)
and is a member of the American Association of Cereal Chemists
and the Association of Analytical Chemists.
Larue has worked
at Miles Willard Technologies as a project leader since 1990.
She is co-inventor
of the following US Patents:
5,577,410 - Method
and apparatus for testing snack product ingredients
6,149,959 - Dockering of fresh potato slices.
6,197,358 - Waterless process and system for making dehydrated
potatoes
